This was a really smooth and tight game for one done in the LD38 time limit. You clearly have pride in your work and the polish shows.
I particularly liked the transition between the first two rooms as a physical movement with the "camera" as opposed to the normal fade-to-black.
Definitely something to proud of, and as with most LD games, I encourage to keep building off this. Thanks for sharing, and way to go!
Thank you for the very kind words! I will definitely be making a bigger game based on this, and it'll probably even become a series! :D
Dude this game is great! Awesome use of the concept and sweet, simple graphics and controls that really showcase your ability to do a lot with a little.
Congratulations also on finishing the challenge, my Ludum Dare brother!
Damn fine job on the compo, brother!
Great concept, quick to learn and play, and awesome mix of the art styles and music.
Hope you got some much-needed rest.
Thank you, much sleep was had after Ludum Dare ended!
On an similar note, I also liked your Compo game, Devoured Intellect. I think it deserves a sequel.
Here ya go, bud: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/642479
Oh boy! You mean we - the lucky players - get can finally drag and drop sprites you didn't create onto a background you didn't create for the purpose of... oh boy!
I get that you're twelve or whatever, but c'mon partner. Give us some original, enjoyable content.
I sorry, i don't got much time to do the game. I will create my backgrounds and my sprites later...
Hey CW, you suck. At the time of this review your game is rated 0.89th of a Star.
That's right, it's less than 1 star. You're a studio. You have all kinds of money and resources and this game is really your bid to garner popularity for a TV show?
Crappy graphics. Crappy physics.
Hello, music? Sound? You guys in there? (No)
This is a weak and contrived excuse for a game. It does an injustice to you and to the show you're trying to promote. Really makes me not want to watch it, so mission failed I guess.
Tom, I hope you at least spend the money on something sweet.
This was extremely cute. The color palette, the music, and the gentle, fluid animation all work perfectly together. Nothing felt out of place. It also happens to be an interesting and fun game to play through a couple times. Talk about replay value.
The New "Toss the Turtle"
So simple... and yet so challenging and fun.
This is a pain in the ass. I love it.
Maybe make some fake levels that actually impossible to beat. Just for kicks.
Hey, no bad for a first flash!
You could go further with this and have a lot of different handguns and rifles to go through. A little bit of music wouldn't hurt either. I'm thinking classical.
Classical huh? I can dig it. Whats better than bullets and Beethoven?
